Privacy Notice
What ParcelPull collects
- When you download a PDF report: your email address, the lot you looked up (address and parcel ID), the date, your browser type, and when you accepted the terms.
- If you create an account: your name, email, company, role, beta code (if any), when you accepted the terms, the lots you look up while signed in, and your CAD base file requests and files.
- When you look up a lot without signing in: the parcel ID and whether the lookup worked, for usage counts. This isn't tied to your name or email.
- Cookies and analytics: harpethcivil.com uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are used. You can block these cookies in your browser settings without affecting ParcelPull. The sign-in service also uses cookies to keep you signed in.
Your password is handled by the sign-in service (Supabase) and stored in encrypted form. Harpeth Civil never sees your password.
Why, and how we may contact you
Your email tells us who is using ParcelPull and lets us follow up. We may contact you about the lot you looked up, and occasionally about Harpeth Civil services and ParcelPull updates.
You can opt out at any time: use the unsubscribe link in any email, reply "unsubscribe," email info@harpethcivil.com, or use the unsubscribe page. We'll stop within 10 business days. Opting out doesn't affect your account, your CAD files, or emails we need to send about your account or these terms.
Who sees it
Only Harpeth Civil, Inc. and the services that run this site, which handle your information only to provide those services:
- Netlify (hosting)
- Supabase (database and sign-in)
- Resend (sending email)
- Google Analytics (site visit counts)
Your information isn't sold or rented. We may disclose it if required by law or to protect Harpeth Civil's rights.
How long it's kept
- Accounts: until you ask us to delete the account.
- PDF downloads without an account: 3 years from your last download, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Usage counts: may be kept indefinitely because they aren't tied to you.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls through our service providers. No online service is completely secure, and we can't guarantee it.
Children
ParcelPull is for adults and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Lot data
Lot information comes from public sources: Metro Nashville Open Data (data.nashville.gov), FEMA, USGS and USDA NRCS. The owner name shown is from Metro's public property records.
Removing your information
Email info@harpethcivil.com and we'll delete your email, download history and, if you have one, your account and its files.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice. The date at the top shows the current version. If you have an account, we'll email you about material changes.
